2010 State Convention Awards

2009 Wisconsin Partner of the Year

Left to Right: Jason Hill, Brian Glenzinski, Nels Swenson State Chairman Wisconsin Ducks Unlimited.

At the 2010 DU Wisconsin State Convention (held at the Wisconsin Dells), Jason Hill presented Brian Glenzinski with the 2009 Ducks Unlimited Wisconsin Partner of the Year Award.  This award was presented on behalf of DU’s Great Lakes/Atlantic Region staff and Wisconsin DU volunteers.

Brian has gone beyond the call of duty as a partner to Ducks Unlimited and has helped further our waterfowl conservation mission in the state.  This past year, Brian partnered with DU to complete the Bloomfield SWA and Big Muskego wetland restoration projects.  He also took a lead role in coordinating a $1M NAWCA proposal for the Mukwonago and Fox Rivers ; as well as a $75K Small grant proposal for Vernon Marsh.  Brian has been a true asset to DU and we greatly appreciate his initiative and dedication.

DU cherishes its continued partnership with Brian and the Wisconsin DNR!
