Welcome to

State Chairman Glenn Goergen:

Fall in Wisconsin brings two long lasting traditions, the DU banquet and hunting seasons. DU banquets held in the fall months help make a real difference by funding DU’s vital conservation program which in turn supports the great tradition of hunting across North America.  Please before, during or after the hunt make time to support the conservation programs of Ducks Unlimited, by attending a dinner, buying a WI-DU gun calendar or better yet by joining a DU committee as a volunteer.  You can make a difference!

I've heard it said by several hunters that they would give up hunting for the other eleven months if they could hunt all of October, and for good reason. Ducks are migrating, deer are in rut and the hunting season is open for many different species across the United States and Canada. So, if you want to hunt ducks in Wisconsin, Manitoba or North Dakota it is the month but, don’t forget grouse, woodcock or big game like elk, antelope, caribou, even Muskie they are all calling our wild side.

For me, DU events are happening, the wind is blowing, the ducks are flying, the boonies are calling - I'm gone. I hope you are as well.
